Repo is company memory infrastructure for teams using AI agents. Customers connect tools such as Slack, Google Drive, Notion, and Gmail so Repo can index permitted company knowledge, retrieve relevant context, and return source-backed answers and citations.
Information we collect
We collect account information, workspace information, connector configuration, audit events, billing information, and the content or metadata customers authorize Repo to process from connected services. Connected source data can include messages, documents, file names, file metadata, folders, timestamps, authors, links, and other fields exposed by the selected integration scopes.
How we use information
We use customer data to provide Repo: syncing connected sources, creating searchable memory, answering grounded questions, generating citations, enforcing access controls, operating audit logs, supporting billing, preventing abuse, and improving reliability.
Google user data
If you connect Google Drive or Gmail, Repo uses Google user data only to provide the features you request: indexing allowed files or messages, preserving safe metadata, retrieving relevant context, and displaying citations back to authorized workspace users and API keys. Repo does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data for advertising.
Repo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing
We share information with infrastructure providers that help us operate Repo, such as hosting, database, authentication, billing, analytics, and email providers. We do not sell customer data.
Security and retention
Repo stores production data in managed infrastructure, encrypts connector credentials, and scopes API keys by action and provider. Customers can revoke connectors, rotate keys, and request deletion of their workspace data by contacting us.
