These terms govern access to Repo, a service that connects company tools, builds governed memory, and serves source-backed context to AI agents and authorized workspace users.

Use of Repo

You may use Repo only for your organization's lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the users, API keys, integrations, prompts, and connected source data in your workspace.

Connected services

When you connect Slack, Google Drive, Gmail, Notion, or another provider, you authorize Repo to access the data made available by the scopes and permissions you approve. You can disconnect integrations and revoke access through Repo or the connected provider.

Customer data

Your organization retains ownership of its data. Repo processes customer data to provide the product, maintain security, support billing, and improve reliability. You must have the rights and permissions required to connect each source to Repo.

API keys and agents

Repo API keys are intended for agents and automation. Keep keys secure, scope them narrowly, and rotate them if they are exposed.

Availability and changes

Repo may change as we improve the product. We aim to operate the service reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
